Use Work Letter Provisions to Make Owner Live Up to "Green" Obligations

For the past year, energy- and cost-conscious tenants have been using provisions from the Model Green Lease, created by the Model Green Lease Task Force, to give their building or shopping center owners incentives to run their buildings more efficiently.
