U.K. retailer Tesco is returning to the United States, bringing its value-price apparel concept—F&F—to the East Coast. Tesco, which launched F&F in the U.K. and Ireland in 2001, is set to open seven stores this year in conjunction with U.S. franchise partner Retail Group of America. The stores will offer women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing, with the first store scheduled to open soon outside of Boston. New York City, Philadelphia, and Newport News, Va., will also feature F&F stores later this year.

F&F has concentrated on becoming a global brand, with franchise stores in 10 countries around the world and more planned for the future. F&F currently has stores in 21 countries.
