Trial Needed for “Open and Obvious” Condition

Facts: A customer fell on her way out of a grocery store after she stepped on slippery yellow paint on a sloping area of the sidewalk. The customer sued the property manager and the property management company for negligence. The management company asked the court for judgment without a trial in its favor.
