E! Entertainment Television has renewed the lease for its headquarters at the two-building Wilshire Courtyard office complex in Los Angeles. The 10-year deal for 355,304 square feet will start in 2012. The entertainment TV network, a subsidiary of Comcast Entertainment Group, currently occupies 70 percent of the complex’s space. E! and Comcast have more than 1,500 employees at the campus. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but the lease would be valued at $115 million or more at current overall asking rates, according to commercial property experts.

Wilshire Courtyard is home to operations such as American Idol television show host Ryan Seacrest’s morning radio show, the Oprah Winfrey Network, and McCann Erickson. With more than one million square feet of office space in its two buildings, the complex is one of the largest entertainment/media properties in Los Angeles.
