Restrict Owner's Right to Access Space for Repairs

From time to time the owner of the shopping center or office building where you rent space will need to make repairs to that space. Although you may be relieved to see that the owner makes necessary repairs in a timely manner, giving it access to your space to make repairs whenever it wants can create problems for you. For example, the owner may want to make repairs at your busiest time of day. Or your space or your personal property—and possibly both—could be damaged during the repairs.
