Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, Raleigh, N.C., is launching a new Tenant/Buyer Representation Group that it hopes will help reduce occupancy costs and improve operating efficiencies. The group, which will consist of licensed commercial real estate professionals exclusively dedicated to representing tenants and buyers, will analyze, manage, and negotiate the best deals possible for clients, as well as identify new economic opportunities.

Among the services the Tenant/Buyer Representation Group will offer clients seeking to lease or purchase office or industrial space are:

  • Current needs analysis
  • Market analysis and market-rate comparisons
  • Strategic planning and consulting
  • Comparative property, infrastructure, and financial analysis
  • Site selection
  • Transaction negotiation

Although Coldwell Banker has always represented tenants and buyers in the Triangle area, “this focused team will work only with tenants and buyers and will not take on any property assignments, thus leaving behind any potential conflicts of interest,” says CEO Billie Redmond.
