Owner Can't Reargue Case

Facts: A new owner took over a building and immediately cut off the 24-hour access and instituted new security procedures for gaining entry into the building. The tenants sued, and asked the court to temporarily prohibit the owner from continuing with the access changes until the issue could be addressed by the court. The trial court granted the tenants' request, and the owner appealed.

Decision: The New York Supreme Court upheld the trial court's ruling.
