No Good Deed Goes Unpunished: Avoid Slip-Ups in Green Lease

If the owner of your building has embraced the energy conservation movement, it might suggest that when you renew your lease, you allow it to revise your old, standard CRE lease so that it can have a “green” building. While a green building helps the environment, a green lease could hurt you, if the owner slips something in the lease that you aren’t familiar with.
