New Jersey MetroPark Inks Five Leases

On Aug. 8, KBS Realty Advisors finalized five leases totaling 94,632 square feet at its Woodbridge Corporate Plaza complex in the New Jersey MetroPark submarket of Iselin. KBS, one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate investment advisors, acquired the 616,491 square-foot property in 1996, sold it two years later, and repurchased it in 2008.

BNP Paribas, a global bank headquartered in Paris, signed an expansion lease agreement of 18,928 square feet, adding to a new total of 72,000 square feet in the Woodbridge Plaza. EPCOS Inc., an electronics manufacturer, also signed an expansion lease for 4,500 square feet. The manufacturer, headquartered in Tokyo, now owns 23,000 square feet and occupies the entire second floor in building B.

The other companies that finalized deals with KBS on Monday included HomeGoods, Advanced Therapy of America, and TJX Companies.
