Hospital's Tenant Had No Duty to Provide Safety Equipment

Facts: A hospital employee worked in a phlebotomy laboratory in a building on the hospital's campus. The hospital leased the space in the building where the lab was located to a physician's network that subleased suites in the space to various medical offices. However, the lab was under the control of the hospital at all times.
