Grants Lure Office Tenants to Downtown Memphis

Memphis, Tenn., development officials soon may be increasing the funds offered to office building tenants through the Office Occupancy Incentive Program, a grant program aiming to strengthen the downtown area's office market. The program was created last summer by the Center City Development Corp. (CCDC), an affiliate board of the Center City Commission that doles out grants and other incentives to new and existing businesses.
