Get Projected Pass-Through Costs in Writing Before Signing Lease

After negotiating the terms of your lease with the owner, you'll probably feel as though you know exactly what's expected of all parties involved during the lease term. While most of the provisions in the lease clearly define tenant and owner responsibility, operating expense pass-through costs, in some cases, tend to be moving targets and can end up costing you more than you expected.
