The search for commercial space that accommodates both your budget and your business needs can be long and arduous. While touring spaces, you may get enthusiastic about a particular space or deal, and begin to talk about the property as though you were already planning to move in. Tenants sometimes do this when they have competition and want the owner to keep them in mind while they decide what to do.
