Don't Rent Storage Space for Retail Use

Occasionally, owners with spare storage areas try to rent them to retail tenants as commercial space. You may be tempted by an offer to rent this type of space because the rental rates are typically lower. But you may actually be exchanging your staff’s, your customers’, and your safety and security for what seems like a good deal.
