Delete Obsolete Insurance Terms from Your Lease Vocabulary

You may think that negotiations between you and the owner of the space you want to lease are the trickiest part of the leasing process. So you may be tempted to think that once lease terms are agreed upon, you can rely on using the language from past leases in your new lease. But so-called cutting and pasting from one document to the next is dangerous.
