Congress Proposes Internet Sales Tax

The National Retail Federation (NRF) is urging Congress to move quickly on legislation introduced by Representative Bill Delahunt, D-Mass., that would make it easier for states to require Internet retailers and other out-of-state merchants to collect sales tax the same way as local stores.
