Can I Require Owner to Send Copies of Notices to Several Locations?
Q I operate my retail business out of several locations. I rent space for several of the stores from the same owner, but my company's official headquarters are in another state, and I do most of my paperwork from my home office. Recently, I've had some issues with the owner that have required it to send correspondence. Nothing urgent has been sent so far, but I want to make sure that, if the owner must send me any legal documents or notices, they go to an address where I'll be sure to get them.
