The Au Bon Pain café and World Monuments Fund, an international independent organization dedicated to preserving cultural heritage around the world, are both set to occupy space within the Empire State Building. As part of W&H Properties’ strategy to reposition the retail at the base of the Empire State Building, Au Bon Pain will occupy a 1,338 square foot retail space on the building’s 33rd Street side—a major access point for tenants and visitors who commute to and from Penn Station—that lies along a major entrance and exit for the building’s office population. The space also has frontage on three sides.

World Monuments Fund is moving its headquarters to the 24th floor of the Empire State Building, and is set to occupy approximately 12,500 square feet of space in October of this year.
