Unfortunately, when a tenant appears too excited about commercial space it can lose out on getting a better deal from the owner. But there’s a negotiating trick to use when you think you’ve found the right tenancy situation. Even if you have found the perfect space to rent, don’t let on during the negotiations, say real estate experts. Tenants often kill their chances of negotiating great deals by betraying their enthusiasm. And real estate professionals are really skilled at reading between the lines of what tenants say, and at reading their body language.
